She is widely recognised for her expertise in strategic planning, service system reform, governance design and organisational transformation across early childhood, maternal and child health, aged care, disability, mental health and Aboriginal community-controlled organisations. Kimberley brings rare depth in translating complex policy and funding environments into clear, implementable strategies that strengthen performance and community outcomes.
A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and current member of the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare Ethics Committee, Kimberley combines strong governance acumen with practical operational insight. She is known for her exceptional facilitation skills, strategic clarity and ability to synthesise complex data and diverse stakeholder perspectives into coherent, evidence-informed recommendations.
